Shipping We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions, and some items may not be eligible for delivery to international destinations.

When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on product availability and the shipping option selected at checkout. Depending on the shipping provider, estimated delivery times may also appear during the checkout process.

Please note that shipping costs for many items are calculated based on weight. Product weights can be found on the individual product pages. In line with the policies of our shipping providers, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound where applicable.

Returns Policy You may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error, including incorrect or defective items.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or are not in resellable condition. Please ensure you retain proof of postage or return tracking information when sending items back to us.

Please note that customers are responsible for return postage or shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

An administration fee of £1.99 will be deducted from your refund for each approved return.

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks from the date your return is handed to the return courier. However, many refunds are completed sooner. This timeframe includes the return transit time (usually 5–10 business days), return processing time once received (3–5 business days), and bank processing times for the refund to appear in your account (5–10 business days).

If you would like to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Our team aims to respond within 24 hours with full return instructions.
